From sturdy abrasion resistant piping for FGD services and slurries to critical bridge drainage piping systems

Double Containment

Global awareness of the environment has created the need for reclamation and the detoxification of ground water as well as waste streams from industry and municipal waste water treatment facilities. Conley answered the demand with our patented Dual Containment System.

Conley Composites Piping

All of our filament wound products are amine cured, and oven post-cured for superior chemical resistance and HDT (maximum temperature) performance. With more than half a century in the industry and piping systems all over the world we have the knowledge and experience needed to provide you with the best fiberglass reinforced piping system available.

Conley's rigorous quality assurance guarantees an FRP process system you can rely on for years to come. We pride ourselves on our commitment to consistently manufacturing the highest quality process systems components in the world, ensuring maximum safety and uptime for your system day in and day out.

We are serious about quality at Conley with our entire team dedicated to manufacturing quality products, and a large percentage devoted solely to the Quality Assurance Department.

3 Layer Fiberglass Pipe & Fittings Manufacturing Process

Conley Composites filament wound fiberglass reinforced pipe, fittings, and accessories are engineered to the highest, most exacting standards in the industry. Painstakingly manufactured with a triple layered approach to fight corrosion:

1. Internal Corrosion Barrier

60 or 100 Mil thick, with a minimum double Nexus wrap reinforcement, oven post-cured for superior chemical resistance and HDT (maximum temperature performance).

2. High Tensile Filament Winding

Filament wound structural wall (cage) with continuous strands of saturated E-Glass delivered under controlled tension at 54 3/4 Degrees for optimum Hoop and Axial strength.

3. External Corrosion Barrier

Nexus reinforced external corrosion barrier with a 25 year guarantee against U.V. light degradation or "fiber-blooming."

Unlike many other FRP piping systems, there is no glass in the external corrosion barrier, reducing lung, eye, and skin irritation from airborne glass particulates commonly associated with preparation for joining.

Resin types

We offer four unique resin types for the internal and external protection of your piping system. Our resin types include epoxy, vinyl ester, novolac, and E-Plus™. Whichever resin you choose, Conley's skilled manufacturing team will ensure you get exactly the high quality pipe and accessories you need for your process system. Learn more about our resins and their frequent applications below.

Epoxy Fiberglass Pipe (GRE Pipe)

Conley amine cured epoxy resin systems perform best in caustics, brines, solvents and many acids up to an operating temperature of 275°F (Conductive system available). E-plus, Conley's proprietary premium epoxy has outstanding chemical resistance 98% sulfuric acid and aggressive solvents such as acetone, chloroform and methylene chloride up to an operating temperature of 275°F.
